Old World hosts boutique for Relay

Huntington Beach’s Relay for Life team is hosting a holiday boutique fundraiser in Old World Village.

Vendors will have booths with handmade crafts, food from local restaurants and a raffle.

There will also be activity booths for kids to decorate stockings and ornaments and ride on a virtual snowboard machine.

Relay for Life is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society where teams of people walk or run for 24 hours. Huntington Beach raised more than $106,000 last year. The 2010 relay in Huntington Beach will be on May 15.

Vendors can participate for free, but are asked to donate 20% of their profits. For information on getting a booth or participating in the relay, e-mail [email protected].

The event is from noon to 5 p.m. Dec. 12 at Old World Village at 7561 Center Ave.
