Costa Mesa’s Torelli Realty Adds Four New Team Members and In-House Lending Services

Torelli Realty, an independent real estate company focused on buyers and sellers almost exclusively in Costa Mesa, Calif., recently expanded its office to include in-house mortgage services and brought on four new team members specializing in residential sales and lending.

“As we continue to lead Costa Mesa in real estate sales, we’ve brought on four phenomenal employees to join us in our growth,” said Valerie Torelli, founder and president of Torelli Realty, one of the few real estate companies located in and dedicated to Costa Mesa properties. “Not only do they have impressive professional backgrounds, but each is a long-time resident of Costa Mesa—an especially important quality for our agents because it enables us to provide the best and most organic client services in our community.

“We also determined that offering lending services in addition to our highly-qualified realtors will provide a comprehensive experience and enable Torelli Realty to educate our clients in every step of the home-buying process, from securing a loan to closing escrow,” explained Torelli.

After working with mutual clients for several years, Torelli Realty and Ingram Company, a full-service residential mortgage lender based in Costa Mesa, have partnered to offer an all-inclusive home-buying experience. Ingram Company moved into Torelli Realty headquarters where it will provide in-house residential financing services to Torelli Realty clients seeking mortgage assistance. This marks Torelli Realty’s entry into the mortgage lending industry.

Torelli Realty’s lending services will be managed by Ingram Company’s owner, Mark Ingram, and president, Jeff Ohland. Ingram comes to Torelli Realty with over 12 years in the mortgage industry and has worked as a real estate broker since 1997. He graduated from USC with a bachelor of science in real estate and finance and will provide Torelli Realty with in-house mortgage lending. Additionally, as a broker, Ingram will focus on further expanding Torelli Realty’s residential sales in the Eastside Costa Mesa community.

Ohland is Torelli Realty’s in-house lender and will be responsible for all financing transactions. He has been with Ingram Company for eight years and has over 18 years experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to Ingram Company, Ohland was a partner of a mortgage firm with more than 60 employees. Both Ingram and Ohland were raised in Costa Mesa’s College Park and Mesa Verde areas.

Torelli Realty also welcomed two additional real estate agents, Keith Fitzgerald and Conor Murray. Fitzgerald has worked in the real estate industry since 2001 with a specific focus in commercial real estate and mortgage consulting. He graduated with a bachelor of arts in liberal studies from California State University, Long Beach and has lived in Costa Mesa since 1998.

Murray brings 17 years of mortgage and financing experience to Torelli Realty. He worked as the vice president of credit operations in the mortgage and finance division for Washington Mutual, where he secured more than 300,000 home loans for buyers. While at Washington Mutual, Murray earned the President’s Club, Elite Honors Society and Leaders of Tomorrow awards of excellence. As a native to Costa Mesa’s Mesa Verde community, Murray offers his clients more than 40 years of knowledge and experience in the area.
