Frances Mary West (AKA, Fran Nelson)
Passed away on Saturday September 19, 2009 in a tragic car accident in Whitman county in Eastern Washington state. A previous Costa Mesa resident involved in square dancing, church, mice, camping, squares, Frans’ Apparel, Red Hat Society and Habitat For Humanity.
Services will be held in Lewiston, Idaho on Sunday, October 4, 2009
