Willow

Willow is a 2-year-old male black-and-white tuxedo cat with white socks.

Willow understands English and carries on conversations after he has been given commands, which he obeys, according to his caretakers at the Community Animal Network. Willow likes to be close and follows his caregiver around. He waits patiently for his canned-food breakfast and likes to sit on laps, his caretakers said.
