Wildfish Seafood Grille Launches Summer Dining Specials

Wildfish Seafood Grille has announced the launch of two summer dining specials that provide guests extra dining value now through Aug. 31, 2009: a new, three-course Prix-Fixe menu for $29.95, and the return of Wildfish’s popular All Night Summer Happy Hour menu Sundays and Mondays featuring half-off select appetizers and $6 mojitos, margaritas, martinis and select wines by the glass in the Wildfish indoor bar and outdoor patio bar. Happy Hour specials are offered Tuesday through Saturday, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Executive Chef Arturo Briones crafted the Prix-Fixe menu to provide guests with a diverse choice of Wildfish seafood and steak favorites, including:

First Course: Savory choices of Shrimp and Crab Wonton Soup, Fuji Apple Salad or Salt and Pepper Gulf Shrimp.

Main Course: Pacific Ahi Steak with Shitake Mushrooms and Wasabi potato puree, Filet of Atlantic Salmon with lightly smoked Bok Choi and Chinese Black Bean Vinaigrette, Roasted Breast of Chicken with Grilled Wild Mushrooms, or a seven-ounce Filet Mignon, center cut, grain-fed, Midwestern beef (add $5.)

Dessert: Wildfish’s signature Belgian Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Cream and Raspberry Sauce, Crème Brulee with Brown Sugar Crust and Homemade Cookies, or Fresh Seasonal Berries with Fresh Whipped Cream.

Wildfish also offers small side dishes for an additional $3.95, including their signature Sugar Snap Peas with Portabella Mushrooms, Sautéed Spinach and Shallots, Sautéed Steak Mushrooms, Scalloped Potatoes Au Gratin or a Twice Baked Potato.

“The Summer Prix-Fixe menu and Happy Hour specials provide guests with a wide selection of value-dining options to satisfy their appetites this summer,” said Guen Wolfe, the new general manager of Wildfish Seafood Grille. “In addition to the summer dining specials, we recently introduced our new Wildfish Rewards program where guests can earn 10 percent back on every dollar spent in the restaurant.”
