The first game of the day between St Joachim and Newport Elementary started out well for St Joachim. With an early lead of four goals in the first half scored by Claudia Bays, Sianna Siemonsma, Emily Armijo and Mollie Crook. Score 4-0 at the half. Then there was a penalty in the box and Newport Elementary scores. St Joachim answered with two goals. Then two more goals were scored by Sienna Ward of Newport Elementary. A great game was played by all the girls. Game ended 6-3 St Joachim!
