Police seek suspect

Huntington Beach police have released a sketch of a suspect they are seeking following a home invasion robbery May 20.
The suspect is described by authorities as a white man from 25 to 28 years old with a thin build; blond, curly collar-length hair; a dark-colored baseball cap; sunglasses; a red or yellow T-shirt; blue jeans; and dark-colored workout gloves.
The robbery occurred at a residence near Eighth Street and Walnut Avenue shortly after noon May 20. Police received a call regarding a woman screaming from her second-story window at 12:11 p.m., authorities said.
The woman, who is in her late 20s and home alone, told police who responded that an unknown man entered her home with a handgun. He ordered her to go upstairs, then restrained her. The suspect then stole cash and jewelry from the home before fleeing.
