The grandfather of Natalie Buchoz, a 17-year-old who suffered paralysis following a skiing accident 15 months ago, is coordinating a May 11 golf fundraiser at the David L. Baker Memorial Golf Course to help pay for Natalie’s physical therapy.
The day starts with an 8 a.m. shotgun start; the tournament will have a scramble format. There will be separate men’s, women’s and mixed teams, as well as individual prizes. A luncheon with prizes begins at noon.
The cost is $100 per individual golfer or $300 per foursome; the fee is $25 for non-golfers who wish to attend the luncheon. Children 6 and younger get in free.
The organizers are also seeking prize donations.
