Tell college district what you want in new president

The Coast Community College District Board of Trustees is looking for a new president for OCC and a new district chancellor. OCC President Bob Dees is retiring June 30.
The school board will hold a few community forums to get the public’s input on what characteristics they would like to see in the new president and chancellor. School officials will hold a national search after the forums.
The president forum will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Orange Coast College Faculty House, 2701 Fairview Road, Costa Mesa.
The Coast Community College District chancellor forums will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Golden West College Student Center, 15744 Goldenwest St., Huntington Beach; 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Coastline Community College Garden Grove Center, Room 112, 12901 Euclid St., Garden Grove; and 9 a.m. Thursday at the Coast Community College District Board Room, 1370 Adams Ave., Costa Mesa.
