Two-mile walk slated to benefit MS society
- Share via
Organizers are expecting 3,500 to show up for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s charity walk at UCI Saturday morning.
Registration for the two-mile walk will begin at 7:30 a.m. and the walk itself will begin at 8:30 a.m.
The event coordinators are hoping to make $400,000 to support multiple sclerosis research and services for people living with the as-yet uncured neurological disease.
Walking in the event is free and open to the public. The start and finish are next to the main library and Chancellor’s Rose Garden.
