Canyon lofts to be presented

Developer Paul Gonzalez is hosting an open house to showcase his planned project, “Canyon Lofts,” in Laguna Canyon.
The proposed project will be a mixed-use development integrating “green and sustainable” design concepts with artist live-work units, a commercial component, and on-site affordable housing, according to Gonzalez.
“The units are designed specifically to meet the needs of the artist community in a unique canyon setting,” Gonzalez said.
The public is invited to attend the presentation of conceptual drawings and discussion from 10 a.m. to noon April 25, at the site, 2825 Laguna Canyon Road.
