Circle Way: A baby seal was reported stranded in a tidepool in the 100 block of Crescent Bay North at 3:19 p.m. Thursday.
Cliff Drive: A Garden Grove man was arrested on a parole violation and five juveniles detained after police were called to a party on the beach in the 400 block at 2:06 a.m. Wednesday.
Cliff Drive: A fire in a four-story apartment building in the 100 block of Cliff Drive, caused by a welding torch, was reported at 5:30 p.m. and put out by 6:03 p.m.
Jasmine Street: No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle collision at North Coast Highway at 4:35 p.m. Wednesday.
Poplar Street: A wallet was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 300 block at 10:37 a.m. Thursday.

Laguna Canyon Road: No injuries were reported from a traffic collision in which a vehicle was overturned at the 73 Toll Road at 1:39 p.m. Friday.
Laguna Canyon Road: One person was taken to the hospital with injuries from a two-vehicle collision in the 20000 block at 2:36 p.m. Friday.
Laguna Canyon Road: A fight was reported at the day labor hiring site in the 1700 block at 8:43 a.m. Monday.
Laguna Canyon Road: A vehicle struck a pedestrian in the 900 block at 6:03 p.m. Tuesday.

Broadway: A wallet with $60 cash and credit cards was reported stolen from a shopping cart at a market in the 200 block at 12:54 p.m. Saturday.
Gaviota Drive: A purse was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 1000 block at 10:05 a.m. Wednesday.
Second Street: A Texas man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Mermaid Street at 2:19 a.m. Sunday.
South Coast Highway: A sick or injured sea gull was reported in the 100 block of Main Beach at 4:35 p.m. Wednesday.
South Coast Highway: Graffiti was reported etched into the glass front door of a business in the 700 block, causing $600 in damage, at 12:36 p.m. Thursday.
South Coast Highway: A wallet and camera, totaling $600, were reported stolen from the 100 block of the beach at 11:45 a.m. Saturday.
South Coast Highway: A fight was reported at a bar in the 300 block at 2:06 a.m. Sunday.
Thalia Street: An Orange man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Catalina Street at 12:42 a.m. Friday.

Brooks Street: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on a drug charge and DUI after police stopped her for speeding and backing into a curb at South Coast Highway at 1:54 a.m. Friday.
Del Mar Avenue: A person with a broken arm was reported on a fire road at Sommet du Monde at 4:01 p.m. Thursday.
Mountain Road: A wallet was reported pick-pocketed from a victim at a bar, resulting in a $105 loss, at South Coast Highway at 8:30 a.m. Sunday.
Pearl Street: A Chatsworth man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at South Coast Highway at 10:32 p.m. Thursday.
St. Ann’s Drive: A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle after a lock was forced at Fen Way at 8:08 a.m. Sunday.
South Coast Highway: Graffiti was reported etched into the front window of a business in the 2000 block, causing $500 in damage, at 9:50 a.m. Thursday.
South Coast Highway: A wedding ring and watch were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 block at 3:24 p.m. Sunday.
South Coast Highway: Graffiti was reported inside a building in the 1800 block at 12:54 p.m. Monday.

Coast Highway: An injured pelican was reported in the 31000 block of the beach at 11:24 a.m. Wednesday.
Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public after reportedly dancing in the street at West Street at 9:20 p.m. Thursday.
Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 30000 block at 12:21 a.m. Friday.
Coast Highway: Fraudulent credit card charges in Arizona amounting to $400 were reported by a victim in the 30000 block at 3:16 p.m. Friday.
Coast Highway: People were warned not to use mussels for bait as they fished in the 30000 block of Treasure Island Beach at 8:35 a.m. Saturday.
S. La Senda Drive: A sweat shirt was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 00 block at 2:18 p.m. Wednesday.
