Youth Sports Rallies for Councilman Keith Curry

On Saturday, September 13, members of Orange County Girls Lacrosse gathered at the intersection of Newport Coast Drive and San Joaquin Hills Road to show their support for Newport Beach Councilman, Keith Curry. Curry has been a strong supporter of youth sports in general, and girls lacrosse in particular.

“Councilman Curry was instrumental in helping girls lacrosse find field space in Newport Beach,” said league organizer (Ms.) Lambert Forman. More than a dozen girls turned out to support Curry. Girls and parents waived signs at passing cars urging them to re-elect Councilman Curry.

“Youth sports are an important element of our community’s fabric and I intend to work for additional spaces for youth sports of all types,” said Curry.
