Film to address water shortage in California
- Share via
The Camp in Costa Mesa plans to host a free outdoor film event at 8:30 p.m. Sunday addressing the water shortage issues facing Southern California, the choices that consumers make and how it affects oceans.
A series of educational films will be shown in the parking lot of Adventure 16. The five films last about an hour and 15 minutes.
Anyone attending this event will need to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Drinks and snacks will be served at a low cost, and raffle prizes are available.
Income from the evening will benefit Orange County Coastkeeper. Since 1999, Orange County Coastkeeper’s full-time staff, interns and volunteers have worked to identify and remedy pollution damaging to local waters.
