children and family.

Born in Portland Oregon October 23, 1928 the daughter of Paul

and Sestos Fouts. In her youth she attended schools in Seattle and

later graduated from Auburn Academy in Auburn Washington in

1946. Pauline is remembered for her love of people, animals,

gardening, doing laps in her pool and her famous Rudolph red

nose and antlers on her car. There was never a dull moment with

Pauline, even in her late stage, she was still full of life and sass.

Pauline’s colorful soul and witty personality is remembered by her

family and loved ones through the countless fond memories she

bestowed upon us which bring both joy and tears. Pauline’s spirit and

memories are survived by her daughters Roberta (Thibault),

Carolyn (Snyder), Paula (Cushing) sons Ronald and Paul

Wyman; 7 grandchildren, Jens (Nielsen), Autumn (Glennon),

Allison (Wyman); and 3 great grandchildren, Alanna and Robert

(Glennon), and Bella Sophia (Le Donne). She was preceded

in death by her daughter Theresa and her sister Elisabeth (Long). In

her last days she expressed how she was looking forward to finally

sit next to her daughter Theresa and all of her dogs in heaven.

‘Her diminished size is in me, not it her. And just at the moment

when someone at my side says: “There, she is gone!” There are

other eyes watching her coming, and other voices ready to take up

the glad shout: “Her she comes!” ‘-Henry Van Dyke

Pauline’s celebration of life will take place Saturday, June 28, 2008

at 3 p.m. at her son Ron’s house in Costa Mesa.
