Area 1

Agate Street: A 100-year-old turtle named “Riggy” was found in the 200 block after being missing since the previous day at 10:26 a.m. Sunday.

Aster Street: An iPod and other items were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 400 block at 7:29 a.m. Thursday.

Aster Street: Someone attempted to steal a battery in the 300 block at 9:37 a.m. Thursday.

Cliff Drive: Three men were reported spearfishing in an ecological reserve in the 600 block at 3:16 p.m. Saturday.

Cliff Drive: A Fountain Valley man was issued a citation for soliciting work in the 300 block at 7:15 a.m. Friday.

Cliff Drive: A woman bicyclist was hurt after being broadsided by a vehicle in the 600 block at 2:59 p.m. Sunday.

Myrtle Street: A Corona del Mar woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI and drug charges at North Coast Highway at 1:02 a.m. Friday.

North Coast Highway: An art dealer in the 300 block reported that he was sold antique pots that had been stolen at 1:29 p.m. Saturday.

Woodland Drive: A woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 200 block at 1:10 a.m. Friday.

Broadway: A wallet with credit cards and $200 cash was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block at 4:12 p.m. Tuesday.

El Paseo: A man was reported bleeding from the head in the 300 block at 12:25 p.m. Sunday.

Forest Avenue: A gym bag, valued at $200, was reported stolen from a vehicle after a window was broken in an underground parking lot in the 300 block at 1:14 a.m. Wednesday.

Forest Avenue: A window was smashed at a business and a hammer taken as evidence in the 300 block at 11:07 a.m. Wednesday.

Forest Avenue: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Glenneyre Street at 1:18 a.m. Sunday.

Glenneyre Street: An Irvine man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after he passed out in the 300 block at 12:26 p.m. Saturday.

Glenneyre Street: A Laguna Beach man was issued a citation for drug possession after a traffic stop in the 800 block at 4:31 p.m. Tuesday.

Ocean Avenue: A Midway resident was arrested on suspicion of DUI at South Coast Highway at 3:03 a.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A man reportedly tried to purchase a gift card with a phony $100 bill at a market in the 700 block at 5:13 p.m. Tuesday.

Alta Laguna Park: A man was treated for a seizure in the 3200 block at 7:36 a.m. Saturday.

Calliope Street: A Santa Ana man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a report of a hit-and-run at South Coast Highway at 3:18 p.m. Saturday.

Diamond Street: A Huntington Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after almost hitting parked vehicles at South Coast Highway at 10:44 p.m. Tuesday.

South Coast Highway: A vehicle window was reported smashed in the 1800 block at 9:27 a.m. Wednesday.

South Coast Highway: $8,000 was reported stolen in the 1700 block at 4:58 p.m. Wednesday.

South Coast Highway: A Santa Ana man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Calliope Street at 3:18 p.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: Fraud was reported in the 1000 block at 2:31 p.m. Monday.

South Coast Highway: A $1,000 table was reported stolen in the 1400 block at 1:59 p.m. Tuesday.

Bluff Drive: A Lake Forest man was issued a citation for drug use and two juveniles detained after 10 teenagers were reported barbecuing and drinking alcohol at Tablerock Beach at 5:04 p.m. Sunday.

Bluff Drive: A vandalized doorbell was reported in the 31500 block at 2:31 p.m.

Coast Highway: A Rowland Heights woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Vista del Sol at 11:31 p.m. Wednesday.

Coast Highway: A $300 iPhone was reported stolen from the employee locker room of a hotel in the 3000 block at 6:24 p.m. Saturday.

Coast Highway: A purse was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle at a hotel in the 31000 block at 5:04 p.m.

Mar Vista Avenue: A 61-year-old woman was rescued by helicopter after breaking her ankle on a trail near 8th Avenue at 12:34 p.m. Monday.

Rounsevel Terrace: Paramedics were called to help a man whose hand was impaled on a nail at 10:51 a.m. on the back porch of a home in the 2900 block.

Seacliff Drive: A residential break-in was reported in the 31700 block at 12:17 p.m. Tuesday.

Vista del Sol: An Irvine man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Coast Highway after a traffic stop at 1:14 a.m. Sunday.
