Local wins two awards for marketing excellence

Newport Beach resident Eve Lowey was a big winner at this year’s Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence 2007 awards, winning two categories out of more than 500 entries with her team from Chameleon Design.

Lowey and her team took home the top award for “Best Sales or Information Pavilion,” as well as an award for “Master Planned Community of the Year.”

“Each category has such spectacular things in it that any one of them is worthy,” Lowey said. “If you win one, you know you beat out a lot of other talented people … these awards encompass all of Southern California, so the competition is really significant.”

Chameleon Design’s studio is in Newport Beach.
