TUESDAY

Cliff Drive: A Westminster man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after he was found lying on the sidewalk at 11:18 a.m. in the 400 block of Heisler Park.

South Coast Highway: A bicyclist reported scratches on his leg after being hit by a truck that did not stop at 3:31 p.m. at Moss Street.

Laguna Canyon Road: A telephone pole was struck in a two-vehicle collision at 7:41 a.m. in the 20600 block near the dog park.

MONDAY

Forest Avenue: A store manager accused 4-5 males of petty theft of unknown items after the group ran out of the shop at 1:40 p.m. in the 200 block.

Glenneyre Street: $1,100 cash was reported stolen in a burglary at 12:57 p.m. at a cafe in the 800 block.

Pacific Avenue: People were reported to be painting the Laguna “L” with red paint at 1:02 p.m. at Pacific Way.

SUNDAY

Alta Laguna Boulevard: A man was issued a citation for drug possession at 1:39 p.m. in the 3200 block.

Cliff Drive: People were warned not to aggravate an angry, 300-pound male sea lion by throwing rocks at it at 5:43 p.m. in the 400 block of Picnic Beach.

North Coast Highway: A fishing boat was advised to move out of an area where fishing is not allowed at 10:56 a.m. in the 100 block.

Park Avenue: A mountain biker was reported down with a possible dislocated shoulder at 9:41 a.m. at Ridge Road.

South Coast Highway: A Trabuco Canyon man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a rollover collision with another vehicle at 10:57 p.m. in the 800 block.

Thalia Street: An undetermined amount of cash was reported stolen after employees discovered a side and back door open at 6:17 a.m. at a food stand in the 200 block.

SATURDAY

Forest Avenue: An injured person was taken to a local hospital after a traffic accident at 8:38 a.m. at Third Street.

Lower Cliff Drive: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at 12:48 p.m. in the 200 block.

Pacific Avenue: Three kids were reported vandalizing the Laguna “L” at 1:27 p.m. at Skyline Drive.

South Coast Highway: A Dana Point man was issued a citation for drug possession at 10:41 p.m. in the 700 block.

FRIDAY

Bonn Drive: A lizard with a large head and two bodies was reported at 4:39 p.m. in the 3000 block.

Cliff Drive: An intoxicated juvenile was taken to a local hospital at 12:18 p.m. from the 1200 block of Crescent Bay.

Coast Highway: A Norco man was issued a citation for drug possession at 1:33 a.m. at Aliso Beach in the 31000 block.

Ocean Avenue: A man was reported sleeping at 11:40 p.m. at a historic cottage in the 200 block.

Ocean Avenue: Two purses were reported stolen at 3:24 p.m. from Agate Street beach in the 1700 block.

Park Avenue: A female student was issued a citation for drug possession after she reportedly had Xanax in her possession at 12:09 p.m. at a school in the 600 block.

St. Ann’s Drive: A baby bird was taken into custody at 3:42 p.m. in the 600 block.

THURSDAY

Beach Street: A Seal Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:48 a.m. after a traffic stop at Broadway.

Laguna Canyon Road: Fabric was reported burning at 6:11 p.m., and the blaze later put out, in the middle of the street at El Toro Road.

Laguna Canyon Road: An Aliso Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 10:50 p.m. in the 600 block.

South Coast Highway: A Henderson, Nev., man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, drug possession and possessing an illegal weapon at 7:37 p.m. after reportedly driving erratically at Laguna Avenue.

WEDNESDAY

Brooks Street: A Rancho Santa Margarita woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:26 a.m. after a traffic stop in the 100 block.

Glenneyre Street: Two cases of beer were reported stolen at 2:39 a.m. from a market in the 800 block.

Glenneyre Street: A business card holder with a driver’s license, bank card and credit cards was reported stolen at 3:26 p.m. from the public library in the 300 block.

Woodland Drive: A Colorado man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:29 a.m. after a traffic stop in the 100 block.
