What’s in it: Fresh Italian sausage that is made on the premises and seasoned. Goat cheese from Sicily is added inside the sausage during the mixing process. The sausage can be ordered either mild or spicy.

Cost: $6 a pound

Why you should order it: The meat comes fresh from Vernon every morning and owner Peter Sabatino estimates the restaurant uses 200 to 300 pounds a day. The wheels come with instructions on how to cook it so the cheese stays in the sausage casing.
