TUESDAY

Hinkle Place: A Las Vegas man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 12:38 a.m. after a traffic stop at South Coast Highway.

Ocean Avenue: A woman from Germany reported her purse, containing $100 cash, credit cards and keys, was stolen at 1:32 p.m. after she left it at a cafe in the 300 block.

Park Avenue: A homeless man was arrested on warrants after reportedly being found sleeping at 2:10 a.m. in the 200 block.

MONDAY

Boat Canyon: A Laguna Niguel woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 2:11 a.m. at North Coast Highway.

Broadway: A woman was taken to a local hospital after a traffic collision at 6:28 a.m. at North Coast Highway.

Emerald Bay: A Santa Ana man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 2:12 a.m. at North Coast Highway.

Forest Avenue: A Fullerton man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:46 a.m. in the 500 block.

Laguna Canyon Road: A man who was injured while mountain biking was taken from a trail to a trauma center for treatment at 6:49 p.m. in the 2000 block.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Santa Ana man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:51 p.m. after his vehicle was reported off the road in the 2000 block.

SUNDAY

Forest Avenue: A Lancaster man was arrested on warrants at 9:43 p.m. in the 200 block.

North Coast Highway: A glass door was reported broken at a restaurant at 7:02 a.m. in the 1000 block.

South Coast Highway: A Ladera Ranch man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 2:10 a.m. at Nyes Place.

South Coast Highway: Plants and decor were reported pushed over and damaged at 10:06 a.m. in the 1200 block.

SATURDAY

73 Toll Road: An injured person was taken to an area hospital after being rescued from an overturned sport utility vehicle at 8:52 p.m. at Laguna Canyon Road.

Coast Highway: Three bundles of wood were reported stolen from a grocery store at 12:42 a.m. in the 30900 block.

Shreve Drive: A 100-pound sick sea lion was reported on the shore at 10:29 a.m. in the 00 block.

Sleepy Hollow: An injured seal was reported at 9:54 a.m. in the 600 block of the beach.

South Coast Highway: A 150-pound baby elephant seal was reported beached at 10:06 a.m. in the 400 block.

FRIDAY

Emerald Ridge Coast: An Aliso Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at 2:02 a.m.

THURSDAY

Main Beach: A woman was transported to a local hospital for treatment after she fell on her face, causing her to lose some teeth, at 7:45 p.m. in the 100 block of the beach.

North Coast Highway: Three swimmers were reported in a riptide at 4:06 p.m. in the 100 block of Main Beach.

South Coast Highway: A San Diego man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 3:04 a.m. after a traffic stop at 3rd Avenue and Coast Highway.

South Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of stealing a pair of sunglasses at 8:38 a.m. in the 600 block.

South Coast Highway: An Anaheim resident was issued a citation for trespassing after a woman on crutches was reported sleeping on a bench and refusing to leave a business complex at 11:12 a.m. in the 100 block.

Thalia Street beach: Two skim boards with a total value of $400 were reported stolen from a 12-year-old and a 13-year-old at 7:15 p.m. in the 100 block of the beach.

El Paseo: Three to five swimmers were reported in a riptide at 1:21 p.m. in the 300 block of Main Beach.
