Harbor’s Eddy, Ohlhaver earn all-league honors

Sophomore Elizabeth Eddy and senior Emily Ohlhaver were both All-Sunset League first-team honorees from Newport Harbor High.
Eddy stepped in to make a difference for the Sailors after transferring from Calvary Chapel, where she was named Orange Coast League MVP last year.
Ohlhaver took second-team honors last season as a midfielder for the Sailors.
Senior Crystal Mena made the all-league second team.
Mena and Ohlhaver were critical to the team’s leadership. Both girls played together for the Fountain Valley Wolfpack for eight years.
The Sailors finished 5-7-6 and 1-5-3 for fifth place in the Sunset League under first-year coach Larry Draluck.
