MAILBAG:
I’ve seen some poor losers before but none as sorry as the weed-huggers against the city hall in the park issue.
They say the election was bought. Indeed, “No on B” supporters tried to buy it with false statements.
The argument No on B proposed that traffic congestion was a prime issue was totally specious because the alternative property considered was right around the corner in the same vicinity.
Get over it, and get on with doing something positive like helping plan the park you so desperately want in the remaining acres.

How about an airport to go with city hall?
Just a thought: Now that we have city hall in the park, why don’t we look for an airport in the park? The Lennar corp is hurting, the Great Park Corp. may be incompetent. LAWA (Los Angeles World Airports) may want to buy the land from Lennar. Lennar makes a profit, the airport gets built, the park gets built
