The Costa Mesa City Council wants you — to volunteer.
A number of volunteer opportunities on local community boards and other organizations are available, including the Child Care and Youth Services, Cultural Arts, Fair Park Friend/Fundraising, Historical Preservation, and Investment Oversight Committees.
Each panel has two to three vacancies, for which residents are encouraged to apply.
Individuals interested in serving in such a capacity may request a “Committee Interest Form†from the city manager’s office, or at www.ci.costa-mesa.ca.us, or by submitting a letter of interest to the City Council.
The deadline for submission is 5 p.m. March 14.
Applications may be dropped in person or via mail at the city manager’s office, 77 Fair Drive.
