Huffington to speak on 35th anniversary of Roe V. Wade

Arianna Huffington, editor-in-chief of The Huffington Post, will speak in Newport Beach at 7:30 tonight in honor of the 35th anniversary of the landmark Roe V. Wade decision.

Huffington will be the keynote speaker at a dinner at the Newport Beach Hyatt Regency sponsored by the Community Action Fund of Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino.

“She is proudly pro-choice, and her voice resonates in the media and among the general public. We especially look forward to hearing what she has to say during this fragile time for reproductive rights,” said Jon Dunn, president and chief executive of Planned Parenthood Orange and San Bernardino counties.

Proceeds from the dinner will benefit Community Action Fund of Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino.
