TUESDAY
Cliff Drive: A pelican with a broken wing was reported at 2:02 p.m. near the beach stairs in the 300 block.
El Bosque: A skateboarder fell and hit his head, and was bleeding from his elbow at 2:37 p.m. at Catalina Street.
Glenneyre Street: A $600 surfboard was reported stolen at 9:20 a.m. from a roof rack on a vehicle in the 1300 block.
Mountain Road: A Dana Point man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:41 a.m. after a traffic stop at South Coast Highway.
South Coast Highway: A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 2:02 a.m. after a traffic stop in the 600 block.

MONDAY
McKnight Drive: $500 worth of electrical cords and a radio were reported stolen at 8:49 a.m. from a construction site in the 100 block.
Starlit Drive: An Arizona man was arrested on suspicion of drug possession at 10:15 a.m. after he was observed allegedly using narcotics in a vehicle in the 1200 block.

SUNDAY
North Coast Highway: An injured sea lion was reported on the sand at 11:16 a.m. in the 100 block of Main Beach.
South Coast Highway: Two men were reported injured in a fight at 12:48 a.m. at a bar/restaurant in the 300 block.
South Coast Highway: A New York man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at 12:19 a.m. after being ejected from a restaurant and tipping over trash cans in the 1800 block.
Tia Juana Street: A Riverside man was arrested on multiple warrants involving drug charges, and a Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of drug possession at 10:01 p.m. in the 900 block.
Tyrol Drive: A house was reportedly toilet-papered for the second time at 7:40 a.m. in the 3000 block.

SATURDAY
South Coast Highway: A Dana Point man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at 5:36 p.m. after he was found passed out in the ER lobby of a hospital to which he had driven in the 31800 block.
Crescent Bay beach: A baby sea lion was reported beached at 1:19 p.m.
Flora Street: Ski boots and a sea boot bag, valued at $500, were reported stolen from the front yard of a residence in the 500 block.
Laguna Canyon Road: The glass door to a business was reported smashed at 9:47 a.m. in the 2000 block.
North Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach man was issued a citation for drug possession at 11:38 a.m. after a traffic stop at San Joaquin Street.
Oro Street: A red Mitsubishi was reported stolen at 9:14 a.m. at Capistrano Avenue.
South Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at 2:06 a.m. in the 800 block.
South Coast Highway: A vehicle window was reported smashed in a burglary at 10:02 p.m. at shopping complex in the 1200 block.
Thalia Street: A vehicle window was reported smashed at 2:20 p.m. at Catalina Street.

FRIDAY
10th Avenue: Someone called for the third time at 12:20 p.m. to ask where they could get sandbags to protect their property from flooding in the 30000 block.
South Coast Highway: A vehicle window was reported smashed in a burglary at 1:03 p.m. at a hospital in the 31800 block.
Mountain Road: A person called the police to report dog feces on the lawn at 10:28 a.m. in the 500 block.

THURSDAY
Broadway: A pool of blood was reported at 9 p.m. in front of public restrooms in the 300 block.
South Coast Highway: A Christmas tree was reportedly burning at 7:17 p.m. at Aliso Beach in the 31000 block.

WEDNESDAY
South Coast Highway: Two windows were reported smashed at 5:35 p.m. on a vehicle parked in an underground lot at a shopping complex in the 30000 block.
El Paseo: A stingray injury was reported at 2:08 p.m. in the 300 block at Main Beach.
