CdM’s Keddington takes top spot in Winter Classic

Corona del Mar High senior Taylor Keddington recently won the SCPGA Newport Beach Annual Winter Classic.

Keddington, who competed in the boys 16-18 divsion at Newport Beach Country Club, took top billing with a 76, five strokes over par.

Erickson Klein of Newport Beach shot 80 to take sixth place.

Alex Ludlow, another Sea Kings golf team member, shot a 94 and finished 13th.

In the boys 14-15 division, Mychael Clark of Newport Beach tied for fourth place with 79. Josh Starnes, who plays golf for CdM, tied for seventh place with 82.
