Softball sign-ups happening Sunday

South Huntington Beach Girls Fastpitch Spring 2008 registration is now open. In-person sign-ups will be from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at Lamppost Pizza in the Stater Bros. parking lot at Brookhurst Street and Adams. Free pizza slices will be available to all who register.

Registration closes Dec. 30.

South Huntington Beach Girls Fastpitch Softball is the home of the ASA 2007 12-and-under national finalists and 14-and-under national qualifiers, 2006 10-and-Under national runner-up and 12-and-under national finalists.

Roller hockey registration is underway

Coast 2 Coast Inline Hockey Center in Huntington Beach is accepting registration for its new league season that begins in January.

First-time players are welcome and new players to the league will receive a $25 discount off registration fees.
