Peder Falstad
Mr. Peder Falstad died Nov. 27th in Midlothian, VA. He was born in Devils Lake, North Dakota, attended college in Concordia and graduated from the Univ. of Wisconsin. He was in the ROTC and trained in Milwaukee, Madison, and California. He married his wife Elaine in 1953 and joined the Special Beach Jumper Unit in Little Creek, VA where he served 3 years as a Lt. USNR. Daughter Kari was born in Virginia, daughter Kathy was born in Wisconsin.
The family moved to Costa Mesa, California in 1957. Peder worked at SPS Technology’s in Santa Ana until his retirement in 1994. Peder and Elaine moved to Midlothian, VA to enjoy their grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Elaine, daughters Kari DeSantis and her husband Robert and 2 grandsons Nicholas and Stephen of Midlothian, VA and daughter Kathy Hebert and husband Ron of Powhatan, VA and sister Helen Nees of Roscoe, Montana.
Interment will be held at the Amelia Virginia Veterans Cemetery on Friday, December 7th at 10:00 AM.
