Paintball park opens at Fairgrounds for preview

Paintball enthusiasts got a sneak preview Friday night of the new paintball park at the Orange County Fairgrounds.

The paintball park opens to the public from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday. It will remain open until Dec. 30.

Hours are 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursdays through Fridays, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturdays and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays.

The park has three fields of play and enough room for 100 paintballers. But you must be at least 10 years old.

Admission is $25, but there’s a discount of $5 a contestant if groups of at least 24 book at least one week in advance.

Equipment is available to rent or buy.
