What’s in it: Espresso is brewed, set aside to cool at room temperature and then chilled overnight. It is then mixed with Ketel One Vodka and Kahlua and then poured into a chilled martini glass. It is decorated with homemade semi-sweet whipped cream

Why you should order it: Created by Nick Quiroz, bar manager, it is the club’s signature drink. Shaken, not stirred, the club makes 30 to 40 of them a day. “This is like a dessert drink,” said bartender Erica Gallogly. “We make sure it is presented properly. It is really popular.”
