FEATURED FARE Antonello Ristorante Wine Dinner

WHAT’S IN IT: The dinner will feature a five-course Northern Italy’s meal prepared by executive chef Franco Barone. Accompanying the meal will be wines from the region selected by Sommelier Steve Ebol. The menu includes lasagna al prosciutto di Parma e tarufo, baked thin sheets of pasta, layered with thin slices of Parma cotto, mozzarella, Parmigiano cheese and truffle infused bechamel sauce as well as slowly braised lean beef short rib with assorted vegetables, cognac and Barolo wine served with au gratin potatoes. Wines include Jermann Pinot Grigio 2005 and Michele Chiarlo “La Court” Barbera di Asti 2003.
COST: $125 per person, which includes taxes and gratuity
