Keith P. Marston II

Keith P. Marston II, born April 18, 1962 in Newport Beach, California passed away on October 6, 2007 at his Tustin residence.

Keith was the son of William B. Marston, formerly of Newport Beach, and Carol A. Marston (Nee: Pobanz, deceased). He graduated from Corona del Mar High School, and attended Orange Coast College before transferring to Arizona State University from where he graduated in 1984. His proudest achievement however, was earning an MBA degree from The Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University which was bestowed upon him on April 8, 2003.

A long time resident of Orange County, Keith was an avid wine collector, and a sports enthusiast. He could often be heard yelling out “ASU, ASU” to cheer his Alma mater on to victory. Keith was also active in Mariner’s Church where he was a member of a bible study group.

Keith is survived by his father, William, and his stepmother Gloria, resident of Princeville, Hawaii; his sister Terry Ann Torres and her husband Luis and their two children Jesse Luis and Matthew William, all residents of Newport Beach; a stepsister Theresa Gleason of Rolla, Missouri; a stepbrother John Gleason of Irvine; an Uncle and Aunt, James and Linda Pobanz of Encino; two aunts, Gay Grant (nee: Pobanz) of Balboa Island, and Linda Marston of Newport Beach; and various cousins representing the Marston and Pobanz families.

A celebration of Keith’s life will begin at 2:30 PM on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at the Pacific View Memorial Park, 3500 Pacific View Drive, Corona del Mar, California 92625 and will be followed by a reception at the Newport Yacht Club, 1099 Bayside Drive, Newport Beach. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Mariner’s Church, 5001 Newport Coast Drive, Irvine, California 92603.
