KOCE-TV appoints new membership director
KOCE-TV, Orange County’s only public television station, has appointed Suzanne White, a 20-year veteran of public radio, as its new director of membership.
White, who earned a master’s in radio and television from San Diego State, has served as program director at KAZU-FM in Pacific Grove, program director and associate manager at WWNO-FM in New Orleans, station manager at KBOO-FM and general manager at KBPS-FM in Portland, Ore.
At KOCE-TV, she will oversee annual gifts and contributions made to the station, and seek to expand its membership.
“I am very excited to be working closely with the 45,000 members who support KOCE-TV,” White said in a release. “Members consider public television to be part of their lives. We want to make sure that we enrich those lives as much as we can and that people fully appreciate how much we value their viewership and support.”
