Performance artists needed for ball passing performance
- Share via
You don’t need to be a seasoned performer to get on stage as part of the Orange County Performing Arts center’s Fall for Dance festival.
The public is invited at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday to audition for the center premiere of Charles Moulton’s “The Ball Passing Project.”
Ball passing has been performed around the world in combinations ranging from three to 48 performers, and for the first time at the center, 60 people will come together to present Moulton’s brainchild, the “ultimate team-building experience.”
Anyone 12 years and older with an interest in performing arts is encouraged to try out. Participants must be available to attend 16 rehearsals in late September and early October prior to the final performances Oct. 13 and 14.
