Cabrillo Street: Fraud was reported in the 200 block at 8:59 a.m. Tuesday.

East 16th Street: A residential burglary was reported in the 300 block at 4:56 p.m. Tuesday.

Gisler Avenue and Harbor Boulevard: A vehicle was reported stolen at 7:53 p.m. Tuesday.

Harbor Boulevard: Animal cruelty was reported in the 1900 block at 1:07 p.m. Tuesday.
