Breakers land five on all-league baseball team

Five members of the Laguna Beach High baseball team have been named to the 2007 All-Orange Coast League baseball team.
Selected to the first-team were senior pitcher Nathan Pickett, senior infielder Dominick Robusto and senior outfielder Trevor Pierce.
Second-team laurels went to junior pitcher/outfielder Zach Nuno and sophomore catcher/first baseman Gabe Stansbury.
Stansbury was one of just two sophomores named to the all-league team.
Pickett racked up 91 strikeouts to lead the county. Robusto led the Breakers in three offensive categories (.423 batting avg., 3 home runs, 21 stolen bases) and was second in RBI (26).
