Costa Mesa resident Jeremy Johnson has been named a partner in the Newport Beach law firm of Bremer White Brown & O’Meara LLP. Johnson manages the firm’s business litigation and transactional department, and his concentration is in the area of business and real estate litigation.

Michael Levi Schrock, a resident of Newport Beach and landscape architect with the firm Urban Arena LLC, has been appointed to the board of HomeAid Orange County.

Schrock served as co-chair for HomeAid’s signature fundraiser, Project Playhouse, which is held each year at Fashion Island.

Costa Mesa resident Kyle G. Sherman made the dean’s list for the 2006 fall semester of his sophomore year at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y.
