The following is from the daily log of the Laguna Beach Police Department from Wednesday, Jan. 24, through Tuesday, Jan. 31.

TUESDAY

Laguna Canyon Road: At 10:29 p.m., a person was given medical aid in the 600 block.

Glenneyre Street: At 8:12 p.m., a vehicle was reported burglarized with the passenger window smashed and computer files taken at Oak Street.

Third Avenue: At 10:08 p.m., a San Clemente man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Coast Highway.

Club Drive: At 12:59 p.m., a clubhouse employee was taken to the hospital with a possible broken leg following an injury in the 300 block.

Main Beach: At 10:30 a.m., an injured seagull with a hook in its mouth was reported on the 100 block.

Temple Hills Drive: At 5 a.m., a dead deer was reported in the roadway at Thalia Street.

MONDAY

So. Coast Highway: At 5:13 p.m., graffiti was reported on the windows of a record shop in the 800 block.

Coast Highway: At 10:22 a.m., $400-$500 worth of paint supplies was reported stolen from a garage on the 32000 block.

Coast Highway: At 6:27 a.m., an attempted burglary was reported in which someone tried to steal a safe from a café after breaking in through the back door in the 31000 block.

SUNDAY

So. Coast Highway: At 7:22 p.m., a Costa Mesa man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication outside a restaurant in the 100 block.

Coast Highway: At 10 a.m., a homeless man was arrested on suspicion of multiple charges, including fighting in public and battery, in the 31000 block.

Dyer Place: At 8:07 a.m., a Texas man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and malicious mischief following a call of a burglary in progress in the 1000 block.

SATURDAY

So. Coast Highway: At 8:44 p.m., a person in a vehicle reported being pelted with rocks — later determined to have been candies — by someone in another vehicle at Coast Highway.

Park Avenue: At 7:16 p.m., police were alerted that seven or eight youths were setting up a skateboard park at a high school in the 600 block.

Broadway: At 7:36 p.m., a woman was arrested on suspicion of trying to steal $160 in vitamins from a grocery story in the 200 block.

No. Coast Highway: At 6:09 p.m., a woman was arrested on suspicion of drug possession after a traffic stop in the 400 block.

Laguna Canyon Road: At 3:56 p.m., a Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 21000 block.

Sleepy Hollow Lane: At 10:27 a.m., a purse that had been left under a table at a restaurant overnight was reported to have had a camera, airline tickets and a cellphone taken from it in the 600 block.

So. Coast Highway: At 3:19 a.m., a San Rafael man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at a hotel in the 600 block.

Coast Highway: At 2:48 a.m., a San Juan Capistrano man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Table Rock Drive.

FRIDAY

San Remo Drive: At 6:38 p.m., a briefcase was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1900 block.

Bluebird Canyon Drive: At 6:04 p.m., a “peeping Tom” was reported in the 1500 block.

So. Coast Highway: At 10:22 a.m., a transient man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 600 block.

La Mirada Street: At 5:22 a.m., a Laguna Beach man was arrested after police responded to a call about a disturbance at a party in the 1200 block.

THURSDAY

Camel Point: At 3:11 p.m., a Dana Point man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 30000 block.

Cliff Drive: At 10:32 a.m., a suicidal man was reported on the rocks at Monument Point, but it was determined he was not in need of medical assistance, in the 400 block.

WEDNESDAY

Laguna Canyon Road: At 6:27 p.m., a three-car collision was reported in the 2800 block.

Pala Way: At 5:57 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 2500 block.

No. Coast Highway: At 1:01 p.m., a Fountain Valley resident was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after being found with two legs sticking out of a planter in the 1200 block.

Crestview Drive: At 10:34 a.m., a person reported receiving a fraudulent gas credit card in the mail in the 2200 block.

Coast Highway: At 11:23 a.m., a 61-year-old woman was given medical aid after being reported down on the floor and carrying a jar of feces, the contents of which she allegedly was throwing at people, in the 3000 block.

Coast Highway: At 12:02 a.m., a Fontana man was arrested on suspicion of drug possession in the 31000 block.
