Balboa Boulevard: A disturbance leading to an arrest was reported in the 1700 block at 12:15 a.m. Thursday.
Cape Woodbury: A suspicious person was reported in the 100 block at 3:17 p.m. Another call about a suspicious occupied vehicle was reported at 3:57 p.m. Police were unable to locate the person.
