The following is an item the Costa Mesa planning commission will discuss at its meeting tonight:

MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING

In Oct. 2005, city planners approved a review for the construction of a two-story, 11,698-square-foot medical office building at 1202 Bristol St. The project is under construction. Bristol Newport Medical property owners are asking the commission to approve plans to divide up offices in the building so each can be sold separately.

WHAT TO EXPECT

City staff is recommending the commission approve the tentative plans.

ELDEN AVENUE

CONDOMINIUM PROJECT

The commission will consider approving a planning application from Agnes Enterprises.

The company wants to convert seven apartments into condominiums at 2550 Elden Ave.
