New retail area fully leased
Tustin-based Coreland Companies said its 100,000-square-foot retail portion of the Plaza, a office and retail center at Beach Boulevard and Warner Avenue, was leased 100%, with Japanese restaurant Gyu-Kaku taking the last available space.
Coreland’s Steven Hogberg and Matt Hammond negotiated a 10-year lease agreement with Gyu-Kaku for about 3,000 square feet of space at the Plaza. The value of the lease is estimated to be about $1.2 million.
“The office tower is 91% occupied and only has 20,000 square feet remaining spread over eight suites,”Hogberg said.
The commercial real estate company also owns One Pacific Plaza in Huntington Beach.
