23: Newport Harbor Republican Women will hold their regular monthly luncheon meeting at the Five Crowns Restaurant at Pacific Coast Highway and Poppy in Corona del Mar. Social hour is at 11:30 a.m. and lunch follows at noon. The speaker will be William S. “Bill” King, Jr., a retired U.S. border patrol agent and chairman of Americans Against Illegal Immigration and co-founder of California’s Proposition 187.
