Costa Mesa doubles up on Corona del Mar

roundupsCORONA DEL MAR -- Costa Mesa High’s girls’ soccer team scored four times in the second half and topped Corona del Mar, 4-2, in a nonleague match Tuesday.

Sharon Frazier scored twice for the Mustangs (6-3-2), and Ayla Medina and Kyra Grahm added goals. Katie Finn posted four saves in goal for Costa Mesa.

Alexandre Elias scored both goals for the Sea Kings after playing the first half in goal. Kelly Morgan assisted on the first goal.

Kayleigh Trider had four saves for CdM in the second half.
