fourth-grade class on Friday and asked students who were making
presentations about whom they would want as president, “What did this
assignment teach you?”
f7”It taught me how do be a good campaign person and who to pick
for president; now I know. You always want your president to be
honest. I also learned it’s fun doing school work sometimes.”
KAROLINE ST. GEORGE, 9
“It taught me to hear about other people and see why they should
run for president.”
JESSIE BUNTING, 9
“It taught me how to make a poster, if you want to run for
president.”
GARRETT BURK, 11
“It taught me about civil rights.”
CAMERON RANDE-LUBY, 9
“It teaches me how you feel good, how people help people. It makes
you learn about all other people when you talk about them and read
about them.”
