Civic group to hear about plans of design review task force
The South Laguna Civic Assn. will hold a special meeting to hear
proposed plans to improve the design review process. Several months
ago, the City Council appointed a task force to study the process,
with the goal of making it less contentious. Members of the task
force will explain their recommendations, answer questions and get
reactions. The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the
South Coast Water District, 31592 West St.
