BABY
Baby is a 2-year-old Chihuahua mix that was seen dodging cars at a
busy intersection last Saturday by a concerned motorist. The rescuer
is working with Community Animal Network, providing foster care.
We are waiting for the owner to contact us before Friday, or the
lucky little dog will be available to go to a permanent home. We are
seeking a home with no other dogs and someone who has the time to
enjoy all the love this little dog has to give.
Volunteers loved holding the little dog last weekend, as they made
plans to post signs at the rescue location.
If Baby would have had a microchip implanted under her skin, we
could have called the owner on the phone. If she is not claimed,
Community Animal Network will safeguard her with an Avid microchip
implant prior to her adoption.
The Community Animal Network is a community-supported animal
organization linking people and pets through community action. See
other animals available for adoption at
o7wwwf7o7.animalnetwork.orgf7, or stop by Russo’s pet store at
Fashion Island between noon and 4 p.m. on weekends. For more
information, call (949) 759-3646, or write to the Community Animal
Network at P.O. Box 8662, Newport Beach, CA 92658.
