EDUCATION

The Daily Pilot is looking for students for a back-to-school

feature, in which 10 Newport-Mesa kids, two from each of the four

public high schools -- Corona del Mar, Newport Harbor, Costa Mesa and

Estancia -- and two from Sage Hill School, will get free SAT

training. To take part , e-mail an essay about yourself and your

academic achieve- ments to [email protected]. Deadline is

Friday. Students will need to sign a parental consent form, and must

provide their most recent GPA and SAT scores from May or June. In

exchange for the free tutoring, they will be interviewed for a story

and write weekly reports about their experiences.
