The Newport-Mesa Unified School District offers menu choices each day
at elementary schools. Students may choose a vegetarian entree. The
selection varies and may be either a salad, sandwich or hot entree.
The menu is subject to change. Here’s what’s being served this week:
TODAY: Munchable lunch salad with Yoplait fruit yogurt or Foster
Farms corn dog, potato wedges, fresh fruit, choice of milk.
WEDNESDAY: Oriental chicken salad with fresh-baked whole-grain
roll or mozzarella cheese dippers with marinara sauce, crisp green
salad with ranch, frozen 100% fruit juice bar, choice of milk.
THURSDAY: Munchable lunch salad or chicken patty sandwich on a
bun, baby carrots with ranch dip, Tree Top flat fruit, choice of
milk.
FRIDAY: Munchable lunch salad or two soft tacos (ground turkey),
lettuce, salsa and cheese, diced peaches, pudding cup, choice of
milk.
MONDAY: Munchable lunch salad or hot dog on a bun, potato smiles,
fresh fruit, choice of milk.
