A spring wine dinner, a five-course experience featuring wine from
the Italian winery Terrabianca and the unique cuisine of Re Nato
Ristorante, will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Re Nato in the Portofino Beach

ONE-ACT PLAY FESTIVAL
Twelve one-act plays, many of them original, will be performed
during Orange Coast College’s annual spring one-act play festival,
which will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and at 2 p.m.
and 7 p.m. Sunday in the college’s Drama Lab Studio, 2701 Fairview
Rd., Costa Mesa. Tickets are $7 in advance and $8 at the door.

‘SEUSSICAL: THE MUSICAL’
Characters from the beloved stories of Dr. Seuss bounce from page
to stage in this colorful and imaginative new musical, cleverly
sprinkled with bits of gentle wisdom for audiences of all ages. Tony
Award-winners Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty wrote this play with
musical styles that range from Latin to pop to swing. The production
is being staged at 7 p.m. and at 2 p.m. on May 22 by the Estancia
Drama Department at the Barbara Van Holt Theatre at Estancia High
School, 2323 Placentia Ave., Costa Mesa. Advance tickets are
available on campus for $8 and will be $10 at the door. Children 12
