As a senior, Faulkner led Vanguard, the GSAC, and the NAIA in assists

with 10.7 per game. She set an NAIA national tournament record with

17 assists in the opening round of the NAIA national tournament and

finished the season with 385, setting a new school and NAIA record.

Faulkner, the GSAC player of the year in 2004, made the All-GSAC team

for the second time and was named to the NAIA All-Tournament team for

the first time in her career. She followed by not only making the

NAIA All-America first team, but was named the NAIA’s co-player of

the year, becoming Vanguard’s first ever NAIA-player-of-the-year

recipient.
